点検、調整
Checking, Adjustment



調整は以下の手順で行う。
リアホイールが動く程度にアクスルナットをゆるめ、左右のアジャスタを回して調整する。

Adjustments are made according to the following procedure.
Loosen the rear wheel axle nut just enough to allow the wheel to move, then
turn the adjusters on both sides to adjust.



チェンアジャスタは、必らず左右同じ位置になるように調整する。
チェンアジャスタがストッパピンの上に乗らないように注意する。

The chain adjusters should always be adjusted such that the left and right sides
are in the same position. Be sure that the chain adjuster does not ride on the
stopped pin.



ストッパピンとアジャスタが合っていることを確認してアクスルナットを締付ける。
Confirm the stopper pin and adjuster are aligned then retighten the axle nut.

締付けトルク：８・０～１０・０ kg-m
Tightening torque: 8.0-10.0 kg-m



チェン調整後、必らずリヤブレーキペダルの遊びを点検する。（->３ー６頁）
After adjusting the chain, be sure to check the play of the rear brake pedal.

＜ドライブチェン、スプロケットの点検＞
<Drivechain, Sprocket Checking>



ドライブスプロケットカバーを取外す。
マスターリンクのクリップを外し、チェンを取外す。

Remove the drive sprocket cover.
Remove the master link clip, then remove the chain.



マスターリンク

ドライブチェンを洗い油で洗い、乾燥させる。
ドライブチェンの摩耗、損傷を点検する。
摩耗、損傷のあるものは交換する。

Wash drivechain with wash oil then dry.
Check the drivechain for wear and damage.
If wear or damage are present, then replace the drivechain.

ドライブチェンの４１ピン（４０リンク）の長さを測定し、
使用限度を越えるチェンは交換する。

Measure a 41 pin (40 link) length of the drivechain,
and if it exceeds the usage limit then replace it.

520M-96FJ (Takasago Chain)



使用限度：６４７mm
Usage limit: 647mm
