取外した部品を洗い油て洗浄する。
ストレーナスクリーンにエアを吹きつけて清掃する。
洗い油を完全に抜き取り、各部品を取外しの逆手順で取付ける。
オイルタンクにエンジンオイルを補給し、オイルポンプのエア抜きを行う。（->４ー７頁）

Wash and clean removed parts in wash oil.
Blow air through the strainer screen to clean it.
Drain the wash oil completely, and reinstall each component by following the
instructions in reverse.
Fill the oil tank with engine oil, and bleed air from th oil pump. (See page 4-7)



作業終了後、各部のオイル漏れを点検する。
After the task is complete, check each part for oil leaks.

スロットルケーブル調整後に行うこと。
To be carried out after throttle cable adjustment.



スロットル全開時にオイルボンプボディの刻印とコントロールレバーの合わせマークが一致していることを確認する。
刻印と合わせマークが合わない場合は調整を行う。

When the throttle is at full power, confirm that the engraving on the oil pump body
and the matching mark on the control lever coincide.
If the marks do not coincide then carry out adjustments.

調整はクラッチケーブルをクラッチレバーから外し、
オイルポンプコントロールケーブルのロックナットをゆるめ、
アジャストナットを回わす。
調整後、ロックナットを締付けて再度点検を行う。

To adjust, remove the clutch cable from the clutch lever, loosen the oil pump
control cable lock nut, and turn the adjuster nut.
After adjusting, retighten the lock nut and carry out checks again.

アジャストナットを調整しても、規定の作動が得られない場合または、
スムーズな作動が得られない場合はスロットルケーブルを交換する。

If the specified operation cannot be obtained after adjusting the adjuster nut,
or smooth movement cannot be obtained, then replace the throttle cable.

クラッチケーブルをクラッチレバーに接続し、
クラッチレバーの遊びを調整する。（->３ー９頁）

Attach the clutch cable to the clutch lever, and adjust the play of the
clutch lever. (See page 3-9)
