点検、調整 Checking, Adjustment 燃料装置 Fuel system ＜スロットルバルブとチョークバルブの状態＞ スロットルケーブルの劣化、損傷およびねじれを点検する。 ハンドルが全ての向きでスロットルがスムースに作動することを点検する。 スロットルケーブルの遊びを点検する。 遊びはスロットルグリップフランジ外周部で点検する。 Check the throttle cable for deterioration, damage, and twisting. Check that the throttle has smooth operation with the handlebars fully turned. Check the amount of play in the throttle cable. For the play, measure at the outside part of the throttle grip flange. 遊び：２～６mm Play: 2-6 mm 調整はスロットルホルダ部で行う。 ロックナットをゆるめ、アジャスタを回して遊びの調整を行う。 Adjustment is made at the throttle holder. Loosen the lock nut and turn the adjuster to adjust the play. アジャスタを調整しても、規定の遊びが得られない場合または、 スムースな作動が得られない場合はスロットルケーブルを交換する。 After adjusting the adjuster, if the prescribed amount of play cannot be obtained or if smooth operation cannot be obtained, then replace the throttle cable. スロットルケーブルの遊びを調整した時は、オイルポンプコントロールケーブルの同調を点検する。（->３ー１７頁） When adjusting the throtte cable play, check that it conforms with the oil pump control cable.
