＜封入空気の点検＞
<Checking of Sealed Air>



エンジンの下に支持台を置き、フロントホイールを浮かせる。
バルブキャップを外す。
エアプレッシャゲージを使用して空気圧を測定する。

Place a support stand under the engine and lift the front wheel.
Remove the valve cap.
Use the air pressure gauge to measure the air pressure.

空気圧：０～０・４kg/cm^2
Air pressure: 0-0.4kg/cm^2



エアバルブ

エアの封入は、手押しポンプで除々に行うこと。
オイルシールの損傷をひき起こすことがあるので、空気圧３kg/cm^2を越えないこと。
空気圧チェックは、フロントホイールが接地しない状態で行うこと。
専用エアプレッシャゲージを使用のこと。
空気がオイル中に溶け込み、空気圧が若干（０・１kg/cm^2以下）下がることがある。

Air to be sealed shall be pumped in by hand in a gradual manner.
Air pressure should not exceed 3 kg/cm^2 as this may cause damage to the oil seals.
To check air pressure, ensure that the front wheel is not touching the ground.
Use the dedicated air pressure gauge.
Air may mix with the oil, causing a slight (no more than 0.1 kg/cm^2) drop in
pressure.

＜レバーの遊び＞
<Lever Play>



クラッチレバー先端で遊びを点検する。
Check the play of the clutch lever at the far end.

遊び：１０～２０mm
Play: 10-20mm

主な調整は、ロックナットをゆるめてアジャストナットを回して行う。
For major adjustments, loosen the locknut and turn the adjuster nut.



遊びが少なくなる
