オイルポンプドライブギヤの取外し
Oil pump drive gear removal



R.クランクケースカバーを外す。（->７ー４頁）
クラッチを取外す。（->７ー５頁）
プライマリドライブギヤを取外す。（->７ー１３頁）

Remove the right crankcase cover. (See page 7-4)
Remove the clutch. (See page 7-5)
Remove the primary drive gear. (See page 7-13)

オイルポンプドライブギヤの歯車の摩耗、損傷を点検する。
Check the oil pump drive gear cogwheel for wear and damage.

ポンプギヤディス/アッセンブリツールを以下の手順で取付ける。
・ヨークボディをクランクシャフトにねじ込み取付ける。
・シャフトをオイルポンプドライブギヤにねじ込む。
・ピンをボディとシャフトに差込む。
・ナットを図のように取付ける。
シャフトを固定し、ナットを矢印の方向へ徐々に回しオイルポンプドライブギヤを引抜く。

Set up the pump gear dis/assembly tool according to the following procedure.
- Screw the yoke body on to the crankshaft.
- Screw the shaft into the oil pump drive gear.
- Insert the pin through the body and shaft.
- Fasten the nut as shown.
Secure the shaft, turn the nut slowly in the direction of the arrow, and pull
out the oil pump drive gear.

新品のオイルポンプドライブギヤをシャフトに取付ける。
ナット、シャフトを図の順番にヨークボディに取付ける。
ナットを矢印の方向へ徐々に回し、オイルポンプドライブギヤを圧入する。

Fit a new oil pump drive gear to the shaft.
Attach the nut and shaft to the yoke body in the order shown.
Turn the nut slowly in the direction of the arrow, and press-fit the oil
pump drive gear.

プライマリドライブギヤを取付ける。（->７ー１３頁）
クラッチを取付ける。（->７ー１４頁）
R.クランクケースカバーを取付ける。（->７ー１５頁）

Reinstall the primary drive gear. (See page 7-13)
Reinstall the clutch. (See page 7-14)
Reinstall the right crankcase cover. (See page 7-15)
