Oil pump installation, air bleeding



エンジンオイルタンクにエンジンオイルを補充する。（->３ー１６頁）

Fill the engine oil tank with engine oil. (See page 3-16)

オイルポンプにオイルポンプドライブシャフトを取付ける。
オイルポンプにオイルチューブを接続する。

Fit the oil pump drive shaft to the oil pump.
Connect the oil tube to the oil pump.

オイルポンプの周囲にウェスをまく。
オイルポンプ上面のブリーザボルトをゆるめ、混入しているエアをオイルと共に流し出す。
気泡が完全に出なくなったらブリーザボルトを締付ける。

Place rags around the oil pump.
Loosen the breather bolt on the outside of the oil pump, and flush out any air
mixed in with the oil.
When air bubbles are completely removed, tighten the breather bolt.

オイルポンプのオイルパスチューブ取付け口からエンジンオイルが流れ出るまで
オイルポンプドライブシャフトを手で左に回転させる。

Turn the oil pump drive shaft to the left by hand until engine oil flows out
of the oil pass tube attachment opening of the oil pump.

インシュレータからオイルパスチューブを外す。
オイラを使用してオイルパスチューブにエンジンオイルを充塡する。

Remove the oil pass tube from the insulator.
Using an oiler, fill the oil pass tube with engine oil.

(Translator note: Fuck the 塡 kanji in particular. Surprisingly obscure for
something that's supposed to be a joyo kanji.)



オイルパスチューブ内のエアを完全に抜くこと。

Completely remove all air from inside the oil pass tube.
