オイル潤滑系統
Oil Lubrication System
オイルパスチューブの片方をキャブレータインシュレータに接続する。
オイルパスチューブのもう片方をオイルポンプに接続する。
Connect one end of the oil pass tube to the carburetor insulator.
Connect the other end of the oil pass tube to the oil pump.
接続時、エア嚙みを起こさないよう注意すること。
Care must be taken to not introduce air when connecting.
オイルパスチューブ

オイルポンプにインシュレータ、O-リングを取付ける。
オイルポンプドライブシャフトをオイルポンプドライブギヤに嚙合わせながらオイルポンプを取付ける。
オイルポンプのボルトを仮締めし、キルスイッチをOFFにしてキックペダルを踏んでクランクシャフトを回わす。
オイルポンプのボルトを締付ける。
Fit the insulator and O-ring to the oil pump.
Install the oil pump while matching the teeth of the oil pump drive gear to
the oil pump drive shaft.
Provisionally tighten the oil pump bolt, set the kill switch to OFF, and tread
on the kick pedal to turn over the crankshaft.
Tighten the oil pump bolt.
締付けトルク：０・８～１・２kg-m
Tightening torque: 0.8-1.2 kg-m

オイルポンプコントロールケーブルをコントロールレバーに取付ける。
オイルコントロールケーブルを調整する。（->３ー１７頁）
オイルポンプ、チューブからオイル漏れのないことを確認する。
オイルポンプカバーを取付ける。
Attack the oil pump control cabl to the control lever.
Adjust the oil control cable. (See page 3-17)
Confirm there are no leaks from the oil pump and oil tube.
Fit the oil pump cover.
