点検・調整
Inspection and Adjustment



プラグを外し、キャッ
プにつけてキックして
火花の状況をみる
Remove the sparkplug, put the cap on the plug,
and kick the engine over to see if there is spark

キャブレータのエア
スクリュの開度を点検
する
Check the opening of the carburetor air screw

インテークマ二ホール
ドから空気を吸ってい
るかどうか調べる
Check if air is being sucked through the intake
manifold

圧縮圧力を測定する
Measure the compression

点火時期を点検する
Check the ignition timing

１　混合気が濃い（ゆるめるとなおる）
1. The air-fuel mixture is too rich (loosen the air screw to fix)

２　混合気が薄い（ねじ込むとなおる）
　　（注：規定開度の＋／ー１／４回転以内で調整すること）
2. The air-fuel mixture is too thin (tighten the air screw to fix)
   (Note: Adjust within +/- 1/4 turns of the specified aperture)



１　マ二ホールドのバンドの締め付け不足
1. The manifold band is insufficiently tightened

２　マ二ホールドの破損
2. The manifold is damaged

３　マ二ホールドの取付け不良
3. The manifold is installed incorrectly
